Blissed out in Bombay

1800 miles west of where she was born, after a four-hour Thai Airways flight, and many more hours in a carrier, we are both happy to be back on terra firma.

She adapts to luxe settings quite happily.

Settling in at the Ramada Tawana hotel

When the five-star minimalist chic hotel you're staying in turns out to not be pet-friendly, it's time to move.

Thankfully, in Bangkok, the Hotel Ramada Tawana (just a stone's throw from Patpong and a huge Jim Thompson store) does allow pets, and the staff were very accomodating of the crazy farang and the tiny kitten.

Her colors (brown, black, orange, cream) matched the hotel room decor.
